Gentle Dental in Oregon is hiring for a part-time Treatment Coordinator who guides patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate treatment plans and financing options, helping patients understand costs and scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, strong computer skills (QSI/Denticon a plus), and a customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional dental care in our community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Proficient computer skills; QSI/Denticon experience a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs of services.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last for a happy and healthy smile.
