Job summary

Community Dental Partners is seeking a Treatment Coordinator for Henderson Smiles. You will work closely with the dentist to guide patients through treatment options and help them understand the care and financing they need for oral health.

This full-time, non-exempt role supports front-office operations and collaborates with Billing, Clinical, and Operations teams. Competitive hourly wages and benefits are offered. Monday–Friday in Henderson, TX.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day duties of front office staff.
• Engage in clinical conversations about treatment with patients.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain parental approval before treatment begins.
• Explain insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and financing options after exams.
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance or visit.
• Assist office manager with claims and coding processes.
• Understand pre-authorizations, narratives, and PA submissions.
• Support Greeter and Insurance Specialist.
• Maintain front office area and lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
