Job summary

Bravere in Hot Springs, AR seeks a Treatment Coordinator to bridge patients, clinicians, and front desk staff. You will guide patients through treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial responsibilities with clarity and empathy.

You will coordinate scheduling, verify insurance, discuss costs, collect copays, and ensure a seamless patient journey from diagnosis to completion of care while staying organized in a fast-paced dental practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in dental/medical front office preferred.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and EOB interpretation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with accuracy and professionalism.
• Proficient with practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Answer calls promptly and route messages accurately.
• Explain treatment plans, insurance benefits, and patient financial responsibility.
• Collect copays and patient costs at time of service where applicable.
• Coordinate scheduling to support provider productivity and patient needs.
• Verify insurance benefits prior to appointments and update patient records.
