Prosperity Placement Solutions is seeking a self-motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our busy front desk team in West Bloomfield Township, MI. You will educate patients on recommended treatments, present plans, discuss financial options, and drive case acceptance to support practice growth.

This full-time, in-office position offers a pay rate of $26.00–$32.00 per hour plus monthly bonuses and incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in the dental field.
• Proven experience in dental treatment planning, case presentation, and insurance verification/estimation.
• Strong background in customer service, front office multitasking, and patient scheduling.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Educate patients on recommended dental treatments, oral health benefits, and risks of delaying care in a clear, non-pushy manner.
• Present treatment costs, navigate insurance benefits, handle financial objections, and arrange payment options to secure patient commitment.
• Guide patients through financing options and collect payments/copays accurately according to office protocols.
• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a welcoming, high-quality patient experience.
• Answer incoming calls, perform insurance verifications, and schedule appointments to optimize provider calendars and patient flow.
