Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years in dental reception/front office preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience with dental insurance verification.
• Experience building insurance fee schedules and benefit tables.
• Experience presenting dental treatment and closing large plans.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans with confidence and compassion.
• Educate patients on treatment and insurance benefits.
• Achieve high treatment acceptance through effective communication.
• Explain patient financial responsibility and verify benefits.
• Coordinate financing with third-party lenders.
• Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff for seamless care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and estimates.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending plans.
• Support front office with professionalism and customer service.
