Veale Dentistry in Dartmouth, MA, is seeking a part-time Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist to join our team. You will greet patients, manage phone calls, schedule doctors and hygienists, and coordinate treatment plans with the dentists to help patients understand options and financial arrangements.

Ideal candidates have dental reception experience, excellent computer skills, and a strong customer service mindset.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dental reception experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Superior customer service and willingness to learn.
• Ability to reliably commute to Dartmouth, MA.

Mansioni

• Greet and check in patients.
• Handle heavy phone volume.
• Schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists.
• Act as a liaison between patients and doctors.
• Enter patient treatment plans.
• Discuss treatment needs with patients and make financial arrangements.
• Estimate, collect and post patient payments.
• Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment.
• General office duties (printing, faxing, data entry, etc.).
