Community Health Centers of America is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join a Sacramento clinic team. You will assist dentists, manage patient flow, and provide administrative support while upholding HIPAA and accreditation standards.

This role requires 2 years of dental practice experience, dental assistant certifications, and current BLS along with radiation safety certification. Expect a 8-hour day, Monday to Friday schedule with rotating weekends, and comprehensive health

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with compassion and professionalism; assist with check-in/check-out.
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage dental claims submissions.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for dental treatments.
• Assist dentist chair-side during procedures and prepare instruments.
• Educate patients on oral health care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Stock inventory and manage supplies; support billing and collections.
• Read, write, and maintain patient records and related documentation.
