Job summary

Relax and Smile Dental Care in Downtown Miami is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our modern practice. You will present treatment plans, verify insurance, discuss financing options, and coordinate patient care from diagnosis to completion.

Responsibilities include scheduling treatments, following up on unscheduled cases, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Open Dental experience is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience.
• Proven success with treatment presentation and case acceptance.
• Experience with insurance verification and financing (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Open Dental experience is a plus.
