Job summary

Relax and Smile Dental Care in Downtown Miami is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our modern practice. The role focuses on presenting treatment plans, coordinating patient care from diagnosis to completion, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

We offer a full-time, in-person position with a supportive team, competitive hourly pay, bonuses based on performance, and benefits including PTO and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience.
• Proven success with treatment presentation and case acceptance.
• Experience with insurance verification and financing (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Open Dental experience is a plus.
