Job summary

Sonrava Health in Garland, TX is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our dental team. The PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to the office, coordinate treatment services, and help build lasting relationships through excellent service and clear communication.

You will explain recommended treatments, outline costs, insurance coverage, and payment options, while maintaining patient records and ensuring privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
