Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The PCC will greet patients, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and build lasting relationships.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for customer service, and sales skills, with duties including scheduling, discussing treatments and payment options, and ensuring privacy and compliance. Travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
