Redwood Dental is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly team and help patients achieve their smile goals. You will present treatment plans, discuss insurance options, and guide patients through financial arrangements with third-party lenders when needed.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of dental reception or treatment coordination experience, excels at communication, and enjoys a fast-paced clinical setting. Office hours include weekdays with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dental reception or treatment coordinator experience.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient financials.
• Familiarity with dental terminology.
• Strong communication and patient service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients
