Job description

We are looking for an amazing Financial Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Dental practice!

A minimum of 2 years as a pediatric/orthodontic Treatment Coordinator is required; must have thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans, along with Denti-Cal. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Please do not apply if you do not have dental experience.

Treatment Coordinator Job Duties:

• Treatment planning
• Handling IV cases
• Familiarity with financing options such as Care Credit and Lending Club
• Experience with electronic billing and billing procedures
• Able to meet monthly production and collection goals
• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
• Experience with Denti-Cal, PPO, and HMO billing
