You will handle scheduling, patient records, follow-ups, and case acceptance while maintaining professionalism and superior customer service in a busy practice setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years dental front office experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy dental office.
• Team player with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide new patients through their dental journey.
• Answer incoming calls, including new patient inquiries and dental emergencies.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Present treatment plans with confidence and clarity.
• Discuss treatment costs, financing options, budgeting, and insurance benefits.
• Track pending and incomplete treatment plans to ensure patients stay on track with their oral health goals.
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient care.
• Request and organize patient records.
• Conduct patient follow-ups and reactivation calls.
• Help the practice achieve treatment acceptance and patient care goals.
• Monitor case acceptance and contribute to practice growth.
