At Doylestown Cosmetic Dental Center, we're building something special—a modern dental office with passionate doctors and a dedicated team eager to create meaningful connections with our community and the patients we serve.

We are looking for a personable and charismatic Treatment Coordinator who will serve as the welcoming face of our practice and the key liaison between our patients, partners, and team.

In this role, you'll ensure an extraordinary patient journey through clear communication, education, and empathy. If you thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment and have a knack for building relationships, we'd love for you to be part of our startup team!

What We're Looking For:

  • A warm and friendly professional who excels at creating a flawless patient experience.
  • Deep understanding of clinical procedures; hygiene, operative, prosthetics, orthodontics and implant/surgical.
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance structures, with the ability to clearly communicate benefits to patients.
  • Confidence in discussing financial options, including in-house membership plans, out-of-network benefits, and payment options for cash/out-of-network patients.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude, excellent phone etiquette, and a passion for patient care.
  • Charisma and rapport-building skills to foster trust and long-term relationships with patients and community partners.

What We Offer:

  • Financial Growth – Competitive pay with a performance bonus program that rewards your hard work and dedication.
  • Professional Development – Gain valuable experience in a growing practice, with opportunities for skill-building and career advancement.
  • Paid Time Off – Recharge and take care of yourself.
  • Paid Holidays – Celebrate life's moments.
  • Health Insurance – We care about your well-being.
  • Dental Care – Smile confidently, on us.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet patients with a welcoming attitude and serve as their trusted point of contact.
  • Present treatment costs, financial options, and in-house membership plans in a way that's easy to understand.
  • Communicate insurance benefits clearly and assist patients with understanding their out-of-network or cash payment options.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments to ensure smooth practice operations.
  • Post EFT, insurance, and patient payments; monitor and follow up on unpaid claims and balances over 30 days.
  • Identify and communicate patients' financial concerns to the team during morning huddles.
  • Set up and manage payment plans while processing payments as needed.
  • Respond to patient calls, messages, and follow-ups within two business hours.
  • Support practice marketing efforts, including social media posts, videos, and events.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized front office and assist with back-office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Two or more years of experience in a dental administrative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental insurance, payment plans, and financial presentation.
  • CPR and first aid certification (must be obtained within six months of hire).

Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday, 7:30-3:30, Tue-Thurs, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
  • 1 admin day, 3 days clinical.
  • No weekends, so you can enjoy work-life balance.

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay with performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.

Why You'll Love Working With Us:
We're not just a dental office; we're a community. At Doylestown Cosmetic Dental Center, you'll join a team of motivated, fun professionals who care about delivering exceptional patient experiences while creating a positive and supportive workplace.
