Qualifications

• 2+ years dental treatment coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with treatment presentation and case acceptance preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and patient financial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients following examinations and consultations to review recommended treatment.
• Clearly explain treatment recommendations, sequencing, expectations, and next steps.
• Help patients understand the importance and benefits of recommended treatment.
• Answer patient questions and address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with patients and families.
• Follow up with patients who have not scheduled or accepted recommended treatment.
• Maintain consistent communication with patients throughout the treatment process.
