Passion Dental in Mattapan is seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will help patients understand their treatment options, navigate insurance benefits, and arrange next steps in their dental care journey.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, builds trust with patients, and guides them through financial arrangements and plan acceptance. Minimum 2 years dental experience preferred, with knowledge of Dentrix/Eaglesoft/Open Dental.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain treatment and financial options professionally.
• Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar software preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients.
• Educate patients on options, insurance benefits, and finances.
• Schedule restorative, specialty, and follow-up treatment.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage.
• Support treatment acceptance through education.
• Follow up on outstanding treatment needs.
• Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and front desk.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Create a welcoming patient experience.
• Support office goals for retention and completion.
