Job summary

Sunstar Americas, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to build and expand a geographic territory in the Sunstar GUM Professional channel.

You will be a true hunter, doing daily field visits to dental offices, developing dealer and distribution partnerships, and driving new business growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of opening new accounts and growing territories in dental, healthcare, or field-based B2B sales, with strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven success in a hunter sales role with opening new accounts and growing a territory.
• Experience working with or through distribution and dealer networks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the territory by identifying, targeting, and converting new dental practices.
• Execute a high-volume, field-based sales strategy with multiple in-person visits daily.
• Develop partnerships with dental dealers and distribution partners to expand reach.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business to create a robust pipeline.
• Drive demand for Sunstar GUM products through hands-on selling and education.
• Collaborate with Strategic Accounts, Marketing, and Channel teams to identify growth.
• Monitor territory performance and market trends to refine strategies.
• Maintain disciplined use of sales tools, reporting, and planning for growth targets.
• Represent Sunstar at local and regional industry events to generate leads.
