Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences

We’re searching for a Team Leader to lead our Merit Dental team in Westerville, OH! In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice - overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences
• Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance

Compensation

$28 - $31 per hour
