Smile Brands in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Team Leader for Mondovi Dental to oversee daily operations and guide the front office and clinical teams. You will ensure excellent patient experiences, coordinate treatment planning, and support a culture of high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

We’re searching for aTeam Leader to lead our Mondovi Dental team in Watrbury, CT! In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday & Tuesday 9a-6p, Wednesday & Thursday 7a-5p, x1 Saturday a month 7:30a-2p

Responsibilities

Compensation

$30 - $35 per hour
