Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for Mondovi Dental in Waterbury, CT to oversee daily operations, support treatment planning, and guide a capable team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

You will manage front and back office tasks, coaching staff to meet goals and ensure smooth scheduling and financial workflows. The role requires proven leadership in a dental setting, with strong knowledge of treatment planning and case acceptance, and the ability to motivate a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Dental office leadership experience OR senior dental front office experience.
• Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences
• Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance
• Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals
• Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management
• Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations
• Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care
• Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies

We’re searching for a Team Leader to lead our Mondovi Dental team in Watrbury, CT! In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday & Tuesday 9a-6p, Wednesday & Thursday 7a-5p, x1 Saturday a month 7:30a-2p

Responsibilities

Compensation

$30 - $35 per hour
