Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking an individual to oversee daily operations within a dental office, ensuring a positive patient experience and supporting the success of the team.

The role entails coordinating scheduling and managing financials while guiding staff in patient care and compliance. The candidate will lead a team, monitor productivity, and assist in training to maintain high standards of service across the practice.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a team lead in a dental office.
• Experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.

• Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary.

In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-12pm

Responsibilities

Compensation

$30 - $35 per hour
