Job summary

NHOMS PLLC is hiring a Dental Assistant to support oral surgeons and maintain a sterile, efficient clinic environment. The role involves assisting chairside during a variety of dental procedures, preparing rooms, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and reliable transport. Prior dental or oral surgery experience is a plus, and training will be provided for dental-specific skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to commute between locations.
• Willingness to travel between Andover and Burlington locations.
• Dental or oral surgery experience welcomed but not required (training provided).
• Basic computer skills including email and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during dental procedures.
• Prepare, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain infection control per CDC/OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Capture radiographic images and document patient records.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient instructions.
