Qualifications

• High School Diploma and reliable transportation are essential.
• Demonstrated motivation to learn with a passion for healthcare.
• Previous experience in dental or oral surgery is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy including email and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel between Andover and Burlington locations.
• Strong follow-through, effective communication, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during a diverse range of dental surgical procedures.
• Prepare, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Ensure infection control compliance (CDC/OSHA/HIPAA).
• Capture radiographic images and maintain patient records.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient charting for continuity of care.
