21st Century Dental Laboratory is hiring two full-time Customer Support Specialists in New York. The role focuses on handling inbound calls from dental offices, providing updates on case status and shipping details, scheduling pickups, and resolving questions with a customer-centric approach.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a calm, professional demeanor. Dental or healthcare experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls from dental offices in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide updates on case status, due dates, and shipping information.
• Schedule and coordinate case pickups.
• Answer general questions from doctors and office staff.
• Route calls to the appropriate department when needed.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with our production, shipping, digital, and accounts receivable teams to provide accurate information.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
