Signal Butte Kids' Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a Specialty Healthcare Coordinator (SHC) to partner with supported Specialists and guide patients through financing options and treatment choices. This role focuses on achieving optimal case acceptance while supporting a perfect patient experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, obtaining insurance pre-authorizations, educating patients, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Travel may be required between offices.
• Knowledge of office practices and patient insurances.

• Assist Specialists by securing financial commitments for diagnosed treatments.
• Educate patients on treatment options and financing.
• Manage schedules to keep specialty days productive.
• Liaise between office and specialty teams.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations.

• Contribute to daily huddles and team meetings.
