Community Health Service, Inc (CHSI) in Moorhead, MN is looking for a full-time Dental Services Manager to lead our dental team across clinics. You will supervise dental assistants, ensure workflows, and maintain regulatory compliance to support high-quality patient-centered care.

In CHSI's dyad leadership model, you will collaborate with Site Managers and the Dental Director to promote evidence-based practice, safe patient care, and continuous quality improvement, traveling between sites as

Formación

• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene or Dental Assistant is required.
• Current State license to practice as a Dental Assistant or Dental Hygienist; Basic Life Support.
• Minimum three years of dental experience; supervisory experience desirable; integrated clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of dental principles, ability to teach, and experience with EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership to dental staff and supervise dental assistants.
• Develop high-performing dental support teams, ensure workflows and compliance.
• Collaborate with Dental Director to promote evidence-based practice, patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Travel between multiple clinic sites as needed.
