Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Licensed to practice Dentistry in Pennsylvania.
• Board Certification or eligibility for ADA.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership in dental setting.
• Ability to travel between service locations.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and monitors all dental staff.
• Ensures high-quality patient care at all locations.
• Oversees peer reviews and annual evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with production goals and standards.
• Collaborates with leadership on budgets and operational plans.
• Manages regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, OSHA).
• Supports revenue-cycle initiatives and staffing models.
