Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to promote oral health products within a nationwide territory. You will build relationships with General Practice Dentists and Periodontists, plan coverage, present scientific product details, and strive to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's Degree, 1–2 years in hygiene, B2B, or pharmaceutical sales, and a proven outside sales track.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 1-2 years Hygiene or 1-2 years B2B or 1-2 years Pharmaceutical Sales Experience preferred.
• Sales Aptitude is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge and experience in the dental field preferred.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Call on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices in the territory.
• Independently plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
• Develop business relationships within targeted Dental Practitioners and achieve designated call expectations with a focus on the Dentist and Hygienist.
• Deliver scientific product presentations to customers in territory outlining products, features, benefits and services.
• Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of dental healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue to determine underlying patient needs and determine how products could address such needs.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
