Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to promote oral health products across a nationwide territory. You will call on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices, plan activities, and build lasting relationships with dental professionals.

You will deliver scientific product presentations, address business and clinical needs, and strive to meet quarterly and annual sales goals. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in hygiene, B2B, or pharma sales are preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years hygiene, B2B, or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Outside sales experience with proven success is an asset.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver's license within territory.

Responsibilities

• Call on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices in the territory.
• Independently plan and organize activities to ensure coverage of the territory.
• Develop relationships with dental practitioners and achieve call expectations.
• Deliver scientific product presentations outlining features, benefits and services.
• Engage with dental professionals to address business and clinical needs.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
