Job summary

You will join Young Innovations as an Associate Sales Representative supporting Salvin Dental. The role focuses on clinical education, sales support, and product knowledge, with exposure across customer engagement, events, and training.

You will collaborate with sales leadership and KOLs to drive education and product adoption, advancing your career in sales and clinical expertise. Based in Charlotte, NC, this on-site position requires travel to about 15 CE events across the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles in dental/medical a plus.
• Must demonstrate strong relationship-building and communication capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic data interpretation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support educational events and training to drive Salvin product adoption.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and teams to strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver product knowledge and training materials to new and existing reps.
