Job summary

Young Innovations seeks an Associate Sales Representative to drive growth for Salvin Dental by supporting clinical education initiatives, selling, and building product expertise. The role offers exposure across customer engagement, training, and technical product support in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with sales leadership, internal teams, and KOLs to support educational events, strengthen customer relationships, and promote product adoption, while contributing to training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles, dental/medical background a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and product knowledge skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CE events and trainings to educate customers and drive product adoption.
• Develop and deliver sales and product training materials for reps and CS teams.
• Provide technical and clinical sales support and partner with leadership for field initiatives.
