Job summary

Dental Dreams LLC in Lawrence, MA is seeking a Licensed Radiology-Certified Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role requires MA license and radiology certification, ability to assist with chair-side procedures, take X-rays, and maintain a clean, organized operatory.

We offer competitive compensation from $22 to $25 per hour, medical and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), and training/licensing support to help you advance in your dental career.

Qualifications

• MA - Dental Assistant Certification and/or License required.
• Radiology certification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist with examinations and treatments.
• Take and process dental X-rays.
• Chart patient information and treatment plans.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness.
• Set up and break down operatories.
• Assist with supply inventory and office organization.
• Provide high level of customer service and communicate with patients.

Responsibilities:

• Work under the general supervision and guidance of a dentist
• Provide chair side assistance to the Dentist during dental examinations and treatment
• Charting during the dental examination
• Take and process X-rays
• Sterilize and maintain instruments, as well as the Sterilization Area
• Set up and break down operatories
• Assist with supply inventory and ordering
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication

Qualifications:

• MA - Dental Assistant Certification and/or License (Required)
• Radiology certified (Required)
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Customer Service experience
