Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional, friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to questions and concerns.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out and maintain accurate information.
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Collect co-pays, balances, and other payments.
• Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-up visits.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Communicate with patients about appointments, treatment, and finances.
• Coordinate with dentists and dental staff to maintain smooth flow.
