You will handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, register patients, and assist with treatment planning while supporting staff in a team-based office that uses modern dental technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental/medical office preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
• Experience answering telephone.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide friendly customer service.
• Respond to patient questions per policies.
• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments

• Confirm appointments
• Follow up on no-shows/cancellations
