A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established private dental practice in Fresno, California to recruit an experienced, friendly, and dependable Dental Receptionist for a direct-hire opportunity. This people-oriented and team-focused practice has served the community for more than 20 years.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and comfortable supporting patients who may experience dental anxiety. Schedule Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Previous dental front-office or dental receptionist experience preferred.
• Dentrix experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of PPO dental insurance and benefit verification.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and collecting payments.
• Compassionate and patient when assisting individuals with dental anxiety.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a busy dental environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a friendly, reassuring first impression.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Accurately enter and maintain patient information.
• Present treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Monitor the schedule and help keep the office running efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and comfortable supporting patients who may experience dental anxiety.

Schedule Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Full-time, direct-hire position

Compensation Up to $25 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
