Responsibilities

Welcome patients warmly upon arrival and maintain a clean, organized reception area. Manage incoming phone calls, patient inquiries, and appointment scheduling. Verify dental insurance coverage and process billing or copayments. Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff.
