Specialized Dental Partners' Northern Colorado Endodontics is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support front desk operations in Loveland.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:15am–4:15pm) and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more. Join a patient-focused team dedicated to care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication

• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

Overview

Dental Receptionist - Northern Colorado Endodontics

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:15am-4:15pm

The salary range for this role is $18-$21 per hour.
