Job summary

Endodontics of Castle Rock is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to greet patients, schedule appointments, manage communications, and support our endodontic team. Qualifications

Dental Receptionist - Endodontics of Castle Rock

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a welcoming patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our practice.

Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

The salary range for this role is $21-$26 per hour.
