Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist for Columbia River Endodontics to be the first point of contact for patients, handling scheduling, billing, and HIPAA compliance. The role is full-time, averaging 30 hours per week, with a welcoming front desk presence.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments, and maintain records using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

The salary range for this role is $18-$22 per hour.
