Qualifications

• Experience answering the telephone in a professional environment.
• Experience in the Dental or Healthcare Industry is required.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of insurance plans preferred.
• Experience with Denticon is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet patients upon arriving and leaving.
• Respond to patient questions and/or concerns and escalate if needed.
• Answering telephones, schedule and confirm appointments and manage front desk voicemail.
• Follow up on no shows and cancellation of appointments.
• Register patients from sign in sheet.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
• Maintain the waiting area for patients.
• Perform other tasks as necessary.
