Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist for the SoCo Endo practice in Colorado Springs. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, scheduling, and handling billing and records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

Dental Receptionist - SoCo Endo

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed

Qualifications

The salary range for this role is $19-$22 per hour.
