Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Scheduling Coordinator for Endodontic Specialists. You will be the first contact for patients, scheduling appointments, handling calls, and supporting smooth daily operations in a busy dental practice.

This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, PTO and holidays, and wellness programs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

Overview

Dental Scheduling Coordinator - Endodontic Specialists

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:20am-5:15pm

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

The salary range for this role is $22-$28 per hour.
