Position Summary

We are seeking a Dental Patient Receptionist who will serve as the face of the practice and the first point of contact for every patient. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Create a welcoming and positive first impression for all patients
• Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling and general inquiries
• Verify patient insurance and ensure accurate information is on file
• Maintain organized and accurate patient records
• Coordinate front desk workflow to ensure smooth daily operations
• Build relationships with patients by remembering personal details and preferences
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support patient experience
