Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current radiography certification required.
• Dental Assistant certification as required by state, or ability to become certified.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Analgesia certification preferred.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with chair-side manner, prioritizing the patient.
• Assist doctors and hygienists with dental procedures.
• Take, develop and mount radiographs.
• Maintain a clean, sterile operatory and prepare equipment.
• Help manage patient flow and scheduling with front office.
• Order dental supplies within approved formulary as directed.
