The candidate will uphold HIPAA standards, contribute to team success, and support front-office coordination while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current radiography certification required.
• DentAL Assistant certification required by state, or ability to become certified.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Maintain OSHA and HIPAA training annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a chair-side manner, prioritizing patient care.
• Be present and prepared for all assigned shifts.
• Assist doctors and hygienists with procedures and anticipate needs.
• Take, develop and mount radiographs of high quality.
• Review charts, log health history and transcribe notes.
• Sterilize and prepare equipment and operatory per procedures.
• Support scheduling, patient follow-ups, and lab coordination.
• Promote Sonrava services and products to patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and OSHA policies.
• Complete LMS requirements and participate in daily huddles.
