Avēsis is seeking a Provider Relations Supervisor - Dental to lead the day-to-day performance and development of the dental Provider Relations team and support essential network management activities. You will bridge Avēsis with the dental provider network to promote strong relationships, operational effectiveness, and member access to care.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience may substitute for education.
• 3+ years of dental provider relations, dental health plan operations, network management, or related experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience, including direct supervision, team leadership, project leadership, or process ownership.
• A valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance and the ability to use your own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop the dental Provider Relations team with coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee network management, provider capacity, and geographic access to improve member care.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Recruitment, Credentialing, Claims, Customer Service) on provider initiatives.
• Research and resolve complex provider, claims, credentialing, and directory issues.
• Monitor provider interaction records and ensure timely, compliant documentation.
• Identify systemic gaps and opportunities; translate data into actionable improvements.
• Represent the organization at events and conferences to advance provider relations.
