Job summary

Wfall in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Dental Director to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of The Dental Clinic at Waterfall Community Health Center. In this role, you will supervise dental staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop clinical protocols to provide high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a DDS/DMD degree, experience in dental management, and the ability to provide leadership in a diverse environment. You will also maintain compliance with all necessary credentialing and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school with a Degree in Dentistry.
• 3 years’ experience preferred.
• Unrestricted License in the State of Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the Dental Clinic.
• Supervise Dental Department staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
