Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the dental industry as a dental technician or Certified Dental Technician.
• At least 5 years of supervisor or team leadership experience.
• Formal education in related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations and ensure turnaround times.
• Coach and mentor staff in problem solving and process improvement.
• Hires, develops, and evaluates department staff.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on employee relations.
