Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned with priorities, applying DMAIC and Lean methodologies to optimize processes.
• Supports development and implementation of management systems, standards, and process improvements.
• Identifies variation, root causes, and improvements; evaluates solutions and drives measurable productivity and quality gains.
• Facilitates Kaizen events, workshops, and continuous improvement activities.
• Develops project charters, implementation plans, and operational updates for initiatives.
• Quantifies and communicates operational and financial impact, including labor, capacity, lead time, and cost changes.
• Develops control plans, standard work, and routines to sustain improvements.
• Coaches leaders and teams in structured problem solving and change management.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and sustainable results.
